VerifyBR verifies Brazilian education, identity, and employment credentials for US companies hiring Brazilian talent. We built it because generic international background-check providers routinely return "Unable to Verify" for Brazilian candidates - not because the credentials are fake, but because verifying them takes Brazil-specific infrastructure: e-MEC, Diploma Digital signatures, Gov.br identity, CTPS Digital, and someone who can actually get a university registrar on the phone.
How we're different
VerifyBR is Brazil-native by design. Instant checks run against Brazil's official government systems - the e-MEC accreditation registry, cryptographic validation of Diploma Digital files, government-backed Gov.br identity. When a verification needs a human, our team on the ground in Brazil contacts the university registrar directly, in Portuguese, through the channels Brazilian institutions actually answer. Evidence for every confirmation is kept on file.

Devin builds and runs VerifyBR. His background is in infrastructure and the identity-verification industry, where he watched US employers repeatedly fail to verify legitimate Brazilian credentials with tools built for US records. VerifyBR is the Brazil-first alternative. He writes the VerifyBR blog.
Verification operations are supported by our team in Brazil, who handle registrar outreach and manual confirmations in Portuguese.

VerifyBR LLC is a US company. Candidate data is handled under Brazil's LGPD with explicit consent, documented retention, and deletion on request - see the privacy policy.
